These Chocolate Strawberry Cups Are Better Than an Ordinary Chocolate Covered Strawberry

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UFL chapter.

We all know the struggles of eating chocolate covered strawberries. The first bite is perfect, but after that it all goes down hill. Your second bite consists of purely chocolate shell and your third bite is a plain, sometimes soggy, strawberry. These chocolate strawberry cups allow you to have a taste of strawberry and chocolate in every bite, and not to mention, are perfect for times when strawberries are out of season and berry expensive.

Place 1 tablespoon of filling into each cup. Evenly distribute it without it touching the sides (you want to make sure the chocolate will cover the sides to make a uniform cup).

  6. Top each cup with another tablespoon of chocolate. Put back into the freezer for 30 minutes.
