Gather your ingredients.
Measure out the milk of your choice and pour into a small saucepan. Heat the milk on a low to medium heat. Stir occasionally, and be careful not to let it boil.
Once the milk is heated, add the white chocolate chips. Keep stirring the mixture until the chocolate has melted and fully blended with the milk.
Turn off the heat and add the mint extract. Stir it well.
Pour the white hot chocolate mixture into your favorite mug, and add some drops of the green food coloring to brighten up the drink.
