Addicting Peanut Butter-Chocolate Swirl Cookies

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UFL chapter.

These Peanut Butter-Chocolate Swirl Cookies are super easy and simply irresistible. Using boxed brownie mix and peanut butter as the base, you can find these ingredients at any Target, Publix, or CVS. Nothing will get in the way of you and peanut butter-chocolate goodness.

Basically, these cookies consist of two different types of dough that will be rolled together to create the swirl. If you do not want the peanut butter cookie half, feel free to just make the brownie half.
