4 Guilt-Free Healthy Alternatives to Your Favorite Desserts

With the holidays in full swing, it gets harder and harder to satisfy your sweet and savory tooth while managing to zip up your favorite pair of jeans. No need to fret, there are delicious and healthy alternatives to your midnight snack that will keep you on track and satisfy your cravings more than ever before.

1. Brownies

Foodstirs brownies will change your life, and this is not an exaggeration. This non-GMO boxed brownie mix is made with organic fair trade chocolate and organic unbleached flour. It  may sound a bit fancy, but it really just means they are super tasty brownies without the artificial crap you find in other products.
