Can’t Keep Calm Because We Finally Have Izzie’s Cupcake Recipe

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UDelhi chapter.

From the time I watched episode 8, named Save Me of Grey’s Anatomy season 1, I couldn’t stop thinking about Izzie’s cupcakes. The secret ingredient that she keeps looking for the entire episode until the psychic patient helps her out with a simple 1 spoonful of coconut extract only added to my curiosity as to how those delicious looking cupcakes with the white swirly frosting would actually taste.

It’s been long since the series ended, breaking my heart, but I couldn’t get those cakes out of my mind. Long story short, I looked up the recipe everywhere and found this, and all you fans out there, it’s time for you to wear your baking hats, cuz this one, you’ll want to try!

  5. Allison Curley
Pour the mixture into 18 cupcake baking cups. Allow some room beneath the rim for the cupcakes to rise.
  6. Nicole Drago
Place the cupcakes into the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes (Test by placing a toothpick into the center of the cupcake; if it comes out clean, the cupcakes are done).
