In a saucepan, heat a cup of condensed milk along with 4 tablespoons of sifted cocoa powder. Keep cooking until the mixture reaches a soft ball consistency (when a portion of the mixture is dropped in cold water, it retains its shape). Stir in 2 tablespoons of butter and a teaspoon of vanilla. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes and then prepare lemon sized balls from the mixtures. Coat them with sweetened cocoa powder and refrigerate them until ready to serve.
4. Hot Chocolate On A Stick
Here is an easy way to whip up hot chocolate within a couple of minutes. Bring 1 cup of cream to a simmer and then add it to 1 cup of semi-sweet dark chocolate or white chocolate.
