Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

The holidays are a time for family, presents and most importantly, cookies. And even though the holidays are over, we’re not quite done celebrating the best way we know how (with cookies). But if you’re vegan it can be a little tricky to find a good recipe that will satisfy everyone. Until now. We bring you the BEST EVER vegan chocolate chip cookies. You won’t be disappointed.

Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

    Mix together coconut oil and brown sugar until fully combined.

    Add in the almond milk and vanilla and set aside.

    Add together the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt).

    Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir. It will be crumbly, and that’s okay.

    Add in your vegan chocolate chips.

    Roll batter into balls and bake at 350ºF for 8-10 mins.

    #SpoonTip: They won’t flatten out as much as regular cookies, so press them down onto the sheet.
