Summer is here, and that means pool parties, BBQs, sunshine, and relaxation. And what better way to relax than a nice fruity cocktail? Cool off this summer with one of these triple berry mojitos.

Triple Berry Mojitos

    Place the cut kiwis and strawberries in a blender with the sugar and lime juice, pulse until you have coarse puree.

    Gently crush the 4 ounces of blueberries and 4 ounces of blackberries

    Add ice, mint leaves, and the crushed blueberries + blackberries. Top off with the sparkling water and rum and mix gently. Taste and add more rum, sparkling water, or sugar if needed.
