If you haven’t had something pumpkin-flavored yet, you’re doing it wrong. So you need to try this recipe ASAP. Plus, it’s vegan! So that means you can snack on this and not feel bad about the 20 other pumpkin’d items in your grocery cart.

Mix together coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, flour, and oats to create your crumble topping. Set aside.
Vegan Pumpkin Bread With Maple Pecan Crumble

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a large mixing bowl, add together dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg).
Add together wet ingredients (apple cider vinegar, almond milk, pumpkin puree, coconut oil, vanilla extract, maple syrup) in a large bowl. Then slowly add in the dry ingredients.
Pour your mixture into a loaf pan coated with coconut oil.
Sprinkle with pecans and the crumble from earlier. Make sure to press the crumble into the bread to fully combine it.
Bake for about an hour and let your house fill with the smell of Fall. Take a few Instagrams and Snapchats of your #basic #pumpkinbread and then cut into slices and enjoy!
