This St. Germain Cocktail Is Perfect for When You’re Feeling Fancy

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UCLA chapter.

This floral cocktail is perfect for when you are looking for something light and sweet. Flavored with rose, lavender, and elderflower, this is a drink that can only be described as tasting “pretty.” Serve this at your next boozy brunch or when you’re trying to impress everyone with your party hosting skills.

Although the ingredients might not be in your kitchen already, they are not difficult to find. St. Germain can be found at any liquor store, lavender can be found at health food or herbal stores, and rose water can be found in the Middle Eastern section of your grocery store or a Middle Eastern food store. There is a recipe for lavender syrup below but if you don’t want to make it, you can find it online.
