Put Oreos in large resealable plastic bag and crush them until finely ground.
Pour crumbs into a medium bowl and add melted butter. Stir until well-combined.
Press crumb mixture into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill crust in freezer for at least 10 minutes.
With an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, espresso powder, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
Pour filling into the crust. Smooth top with an icing spatula.
Cover cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Serve chilled with your choice of toppings.
