Easy No-Bake Chocolate Cookie Dough Cups

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UC Berkeley chapter.

Everyone loves Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Well, get excited, because these chocolate cookie dough cups are basically their better looking cousins.

A rich chocolate coating envelops the hidden surprise of smooth chocolate chip cookie dough… Where could you go wrong? It’s essentially the best part about making cookies, combined with more chocolate!

Plus, you can customize the recipe to your heart’s content. Instead of adding chocolate chips to the cookie dough, throw in a few teaspoons of cinnamon to make snickerdoodle dough. Try using white chocolate for the outer coating if you want a more unique treat. And, you can’t go wrong with adding some rainbow sprinkles to the tops of the cups for a colorful finish.
