Easy No-Bake Oreo Cake Bites

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UC Berkeley chapter.

Who doesn’t love Oreos? Aside from being so delicious to the point that they’re actually addicting, they’re easy to incorporate into other desserts such as cupcakes and brownies.

But while cupcakes, brownies, and many other sweet treats are definitely fun to eat, the preparation and the clean-up, from preheating the oven to mixing everything together to washing all the dirty pans at the end, aren’t as great. For most desserts, there’s just too much time required for preparation, especially for a busy college student.

That’s what makes these Oreo cake bites stand out: There’s no baking required, the recipe takes a minimal amount of time to make, and the clean-up is painless. And they’re just as delicious as any other snack. Also, did we mention that they’re chocolate-covered?
