    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Cook sugar in saucepan on medium-low heat until it’s golden brown. Sugar hardens quickly, so stir frequently.

    Pour melted sugar in baking dish, coating the bottom and sides.

    In large bowl, beat together cream cheese, eggs, condensed milk, and evaporated milk.

    Pour mixture into baking dish.

    Set baking dish in larger pan filled with water. Place in oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Cool for 1 hour and refrigerate overnight.
