How to Make 4-Ingredient No-Bake Banana Toffee Pie

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UBC chapter.

I’ve always been the type of person to watch the Food Network 24/7. Unfortunately, when it came time to actually making the recipes, it never turned out quite right. Ditch the rolling pin and measuring cups because this banoffee (banana and toffee) pie recipe is one that no one can mess up. Unless you’ve managed to burn a pot of boiling water, then maybe just have someone else make this for you.

When I was born I was named after the Belgian airline, "Sabena Airlines." That is just a hint of what my life came to be. At five months old I moved to Tokyo, then onto Manila, Shanghai, Toronto, Hong Kong, Atlanta, and then finally for university in Vancouver. I am currently enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, specializing in Marketing!
