Cozy Up With This Hot Ginger Milk on a Cold Day

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UBC chapter.

A few weeks ago, I ate at Nuba for the first time, which is a restaurant in Vancouver that I have always had my eye on. Upon looking at the drinks menu, my eyes instantly locked on “Ginger Milk.” It instantly intrigued me because I knew it would be the perfect cozy drink to have alongside some out-of-this-world hummus and tabouli. I loved this drink so much that I’ve come up with my own easy recipe while I watch those last few inches of snow melt.

When I was born I was named after the Belgian airline, "Sabena Airlines." That is just a hint of what my life came to be. At five months old I moved to Tokyo, then onto Manila, Shanghai, Toronto, Hong Kong, Atlanta, and then finally for university in Vancouver. I am currently enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, specializing in Marketing!
