This Baked Brie Will Melt Hearts and Win You Friends

One of my favorite holiday traditions is to make this baked brie recipe with my family. It’s fun to prepare and it makes the people I love happy. (Because whose day isn’t improved by a rich, melty, savory and sweet snack?

    Pre-heat oven to 400°.

  2. Beat 1 egg u0026 1 tablespoon water in a bowl.

  3. Use rolling pin to roll puff pastry sheet in a roughly 14” square.

    Mix craisins, softened dates, toasted pecans, honey, and rosemary.

    #SpoonTip: Soften dates by leaving in 1 cup warm water for 1 min u0026 pat dry quickly.

    Put mixture in the center of the sheet.

    Place cheese on top.

    Brush sheet edges with egg mixture. Then, fold 2 opposite sides over cheese.

    Trim with 2” remaining, then press to seal. Next, flip that block of deliciousness over.

  9. Bake 20-25 minutes (400°).

    Let sit 45 – 60 minutes. Finally, share with friends!
