Here’s Your New Favorite Way To Cook an Egg

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at U Chicago chapter.

When I roll out of bed on the weekends, I want to make something quick and easy. At the same time, I’ve been eating scrambled eggs all my life and wanted to try something new.

So, when my boyfriend suggested we steam the eggs Korean-style, I went for it and was rewarded with light, fluffy eggs! Inspired by Maangchi and my boyfriend’s recipe, these eggs are made with just three to four ingredients that you can find lying around in your kitchen.

When eggs look fluffy, remove from pot and add a handful of scallions. You can also get fancy and add in other ingredients like mushrooms or peppers. Enjoy!
