This dish is healthy enough for you to eat for breakfast every day of the week, and it’s delicious enough that you would want to.

Drop apple pieces into the cooking pan. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 3 minutes or until apples are soft.

#SpoonTip: If you like cinnamon, add more while cooking. Cinnamon is an anti-inflammatory and can lower blood sugar levels.

Scoop vanilla, non-fat Greek yogurt into a bowl. Add in granola and apples.

#SpoonTip: If you want to tone down the sugar, use plain yogurt mixed with a small dash of vanilla extract.

Drizzle on the honey, and, if you’re not #overit, garnish with a dash more cinnamon. Voilà.
