Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Elizabeth Dieterich

Bake cookie dough as directed. Once cooled, chop the cookies into small pieces.

  2. Elizabeth Dieterich

Wrap the outside of a springform pan with aluminum foil. This will prevent your hands from freezing later on, trust me.

  3. Elizabeth Dieterich

Cover the bottom of the pan with the chopped cookies.

  4. Elizabeth Dieterich

Combine the rest of the chopped cookies with the chopped nuts.

  5. Elizabeth Dieterich

Place half the ice cream on the cookie layer and drizzle with sauce.

  6. Elizabeth Dieterich

Top the ice cream with half the cookie-nut mixture. #spoontip: feel free to add more nuts and create your own desired ratio of cookie to nuts.

  7. Elizabeth Dieterich

Repeat steps five and six with the rest of the ingredients.

  8. Elizabeth Dieterich

Drizzle with more topping and freeze for at least four hours.

    Serve and enjoy.

I was born in Argentina, have an Armenian background, and have been cooking for as long as I can remember. Currently, I attend the University of Texas at Austin where I am pursuing a degree in accounting, yet I do not let school get in the way of my love for food and the kitchen!
