2-Ingredient Coconut Macaroons

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Texas chapter.

Coconut. You either love it or hate it. I am of the former. With its tropical, sweet taste and mildly nutty flavor, I always succumb to anything with coconut in it. Have you ever wondered how they make those delicious coconut macaroons you see in bakery storefronts? Yeah, they probably have some special ingredients, but who needs fancy, time-consuming recipes when you can make the same thing with just two ingredients? That’s right. This recipe only requires two ingredients, yet results in macaroons that taste just like those from an elite bakery.
