Easy

Prep time: 2 hours
Cook time: 1 minute
Total time: 2 hours and 1 minute

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana

Directions:
1. Chop ripe banana into 1/4 inch slices and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Note: Even fully brown overripe bananas work!

2. Blend frozen banana slices in a food processor or high speed blender for 45ish seconds.

Note: You may need to pause the blender and scoop down the sides several times. Do not over-blend!
