    Add the quinoa, water, 1 cup of the almond milk and the sea salt to a small pot. Bring the mixture to a boil.

    Once the mixture has boiled, turn the heat down and simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer the cooked quinoa to a bowl.

    Slice half of the banana into coins. Mash the other half and add it to the quinoa, along with the honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.

    Mix until combined. Serve in a bowl with the remaining 1/4 cup almond milk and top with the sliced banana. Have a great day!
