You Need to Try This Cannoli-Stuffed French Toast

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at TCU chapter.

French toast is the staple of breakfast since forever. But imagine creamy ricotta, an Italian cheese (aka Giada De Laurentiis’ most used ingredient ever) mixed with mini chocolate chips sandwiched between two pieces of French bread. A sandwich sized cannoli of yum. Throw the whole thing in a pan of butter and you have a heavenly golden crust. Chocolate for breakfast ladies and gents!
