Turmeric Pumpkin-Shaped Pancakes Are Too Good to Only Eat in Fall

Turmeric is tasteless but full of the good stuff and gives this pumpkin pancake its orange hue.

Turmeric Pancakes

  1. Maya Ling

    Combine turmeric and pancake batter to create an orange batter for cooking. Cook pancake for about two minutes per side.

    #SpoonTip: Make sure your pan is greased so your pumpkin does not stick.

    Remove pancake from pan and top with raisins to create a pumpkin face.
