This Cookie Dough Hot Chocolate Is the Cure for Cold Weather

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Skidmore chapter.

It was a cold night in upstate New York and I was staring down a pile of homework. Rather than facing my enemy, I decided it was time to experiment. So I started my experiment with a question: Can cookie dough and hot chocolate go together?

The results: cookie dough hot chocolate. I ran into my room and forced my roommate to try my new concoction. Her eyes grew wide. “You’re a genius!” she said. So here is my genius cookie dough hot chocolate recipe.

Note: I used Nestle Toll House Refrigerated Mini Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate Cocoa, but any brands will due, or make your own cookie dough from scratch. To make hot chocolate from scratch, use 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
