Mix equal amounts of green tea and lemonade into a cup. Mix all the ingredients together well. Add a little in your dixie cup or popsicle mold, pour a little of the mixture into it. Set the mold in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour.

Take the mold out of the freezer. Pour more of the mixture into the mold, adding more raspberries, blueberries, and mint. Again, place the mold into the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour.

Take the mold out of the fridge. Place a popsicle stick into the molding where the mixture is (the mixture should be more slushy/frozen and not liquid). Place some more berries and mint and pour more of the mixture into the molding until the cup or mold is completely full. Keep the popsicle in the freezer until frozen through.

DIY Frozen Berry Yogurt Bar

In a bowl, stir a cup of vanilla yogurt and a 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of blueberries together. Set aside.

This step is optional. If you have a blender, combine a cup of blueberries mixture and 2 cups yogurt into your blender and blend until the mixture is a smooth consistency.

  3. You’ll need a pop mold or a flat container for this step. Fill either your ice pop molds or flat container with the yogurt and fruit mixture you made in step 1. You can place extra fruit on the side so that the fruit will be visible. If you blended the blueberries and yogurt, layer blueberry mixture on top or to one side (if using a flat container). If you did not blend the mixture, just fill the remainder of the pop mold or container with yogurt and fruit.

Freeze 5-24 hours, until ice pops are frozen through. Enjoy your sweet treat!
