Mix it all together! If you want to add almond flower to your pancakes, you can add it in this step.

  4. Hailey Ennis

Grease your pan with butter or coconut oil (but we all know coconut anything is always better). Pour the batter on the pan and watch the magic happen. Flip the pancakes when you see small bubbles starting to form.

Finally, flip those flapjacks off your pan and onto your plate and enjoy the heck out of these perfectly fall and perfectly pumpkin pancakes! I like to heat up whatever fresh fruit I have on my pan and serve it on top of my pancakes.

These Paleo Pumpkin Pancakes are the epitome of health. The paleo diet itself is designed to be low in carbohydrates, salt and sugar, which are all things we should be eating in moderation anyway. Now you can add this to your list of pumpkin recipes that make your tastebuds praise the heavens that fall has finally arrived.

I'm Hailey and I am so excited to be a part of spoon! I come from a huge family where cooking and food is so important to everyone. Growing up the way I did, I developed a love for not only food itself, but also for cooking. I am beyond excited to have a kitchen this year so I can continue to make all the yummy foods I love from home. I love the beach and anything that comes with it and am so happy to call San Diego my home for the next few years. I cant wait to get to work with spoon!
