Buffalo Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F, take all of the frozen chicken out of the box, place them on parchment paper on an oven tray, and once the oven is ready place it on the middle rack. Cook for 9 minutes.
While your chicken is cooking in the oven, fill a glass with hot water and place the packet of sauce into the cup to defrost. I use the buffalo wings, but TGI Fridays also sells BBQ wings if you want to try a BBQ taco instead of buffalo tacos.
Once the timer dings after the 9 minutes, take the tray out and flip the chicken. Place it back in the oven for another 9 minutes.
Take the chicken bites out after the extra 9 minutes, and you can either cut them in half as I do or leave them as full chicken bites. Then mix in the sauce.
Grab your taco shells and cheese, place the chicken in each shell, and sprinkle some cheese on top to give you your complete buffalo tacos! I eat them just like this, but don’t let this recipe stop you from adding other ingredients to your plate to spice it up.
