2. St. Patrick’s Pesto Potato Gnocchi

If you’re heading out to eat on March 17th, consider trying a delicious green dish from Che Pizza in Metuchen, New Jersey (my hometown!) Try ordering the Gnocchi Genovese from their menu; it’s a delectable gnocchi dish with rich pesto sauce. Although gnocchi is an Italian dish, you’ll feel as lucky as a four-leaf clover after you’ve had this meal at one of my favorite places!

3. Maureen Joyce’s Irish Soda Bread

There’s nothing I love more than my family. I cherish the recipes that my Irish ancestors have passed down to my family. My grandmother, Maureen Joyce, made Irish Soda bread that was famous…literally. She entered them into several contests, and her bread was consistently in the top three spots.

Not only is this bread delicious and authentic, but it also brings back fond memories of making delicious food with my family.
