Pour bottle of rosé into ice trays and let freeze overnight (or for at least 8 hours).
Add sugar and water to a medium saucepan, bring to a boil and stir until all sugar has dissolved. Let cool.
Squeeze lemons to make fresh lemon juice (I used 3 and had more than enough).
Add rosé ice cubes, lemon juice, simple syrup and a scoop of ice cubes to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
