					Lemon Butter Pasta

 - In a small pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter on medium-high heat. When the butter is melted, add minced garlic. 
 - Sauté until golden and fragrant. Then, add flour and stir to combine. 
 - Deglaze the pan by adding white wine. Turn the heat down to low and let the alcohol cook off. Let reduce until as much liquid evaporates as was added. 
 - Turn the heat back up to medium-high and add lemon juice and remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir to combine. 
 - Serve immediately over pasta and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
