Cupid’s Coconut Panna Cotta

But, do women have to know how easy it was for you to fire up the stove, simply whip some gelatin in cream and end up with a classic Italian Panna Cotta? Loosen your ties fellas, cause this Cupid’s Coconut Panna Cotta recipe will win you that second date you’ve been yearning for.

Cupid’s Coconut Panna Cotta

    Double boil powdered Gelatin according to package directions. And keep aside.

    In a saucepan, bring milk and sugar just to boil, stirring.

    Remove pan from heat and gently whisk in the melted gelatin.

    Stir in the Coconut milk.
  5. Megna  Santhosh
    Slowly add in the cream while stirring. Make sure the mixture is lump free for silky smooth Panna Cotta.

    If you don’t want to loose out on those extra brownie points, you can’t skip this. Decorate a pretty glass with strawberry syrup before pouring in the Panna Cotta mixture. Or Pour into Ramekin bowls.

    Cover with aluminum foil and set overnight in the refrigerator. Dip ramekins, into a bowl of hot water for a few seconds. Run a knife around the edge and invert it onto the center of a serving dish.
