Now that the leaves are changing colors, the weather is getting chillier, and pumpkins are appearing on porches, it feels like Thanksgiving is just around the corner. With projects, papers, and exams around nearly every corner, there’s nothing I want more than a piece of pie.
As much as I would love to sit around baking pies all day, I really don’t have the time, patience, or calories to do so. However, there is a solution to all of our pie desires and dreams—pie-flavored oatmeal.
Clocking in at a 5-minute prep time with around only 200 calories each, these overnight oat recipes are the real deal. And I mean it – I liked a few of these pie-oats better than the actual pie version. Best of all, after eating one of these you don’t have that guilty I-just-ate-pie-for-breakfast feeling.
Just add all of these ingredients to a jar and let sit overnight in your fridge (much easier than baking an actual pie).
