This Apple Ginger Marinated Pork Should Be Your Next Dinner

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Oregon chapter.

Have you ever used 100% Organic Juice for anything other than a smoothie? Well, I did and it was honestly magical. I used an Apple Ginger Genesis Juice to marinate my pork with and the outcome rocked my world.

This recipe will have you using your Genesis Juice in a unique way that will blow the minds of the people you are serving this to (or not, we won’t judge if you eat it all yourself). The juice itself just has two ingredients: apples and ginger. It makes for one heck of a marinade, but don’t forget to save a sip or two for yourself.
