Very few things beat a football Saturday in Norman, Oklahoma. For those who live in the dorms or have limited kitchen space, it can be difficult to hop on the tailgating train. This Mexican-inspired dip is one you can make entirely in the microwave and all in one bowl, so cooking and cleanup are breezy.

    Chop onion, celery and green bell pepper. Combine chopped vegetables with ground beef in a microwave-safe bowl or casserole dish, and heat in the microwave for 6 minutes.

    Drain liquid out of the bowl. Add chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and canned tomatoes. Heat for 4 minutes in the microwave.

    Add beans to a separate bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Pour the meat and vegetable mixture on top of the beans. Top with cheese and microwave for 30 seconds, or until the cheese has melted.
