Sometimes it’s really hard to decide on an apple cider doughnut, a pumpkin muffin, a ginger cookie, or anything cinnamon-y when it’s fall. How are we supposed to choose between all of these delicious, warm and cozy fall flavors? The answer is we’re not. Choosing is too difficult, which is why I made this epic skillet cookie that combines all of our favorite autumn flavors in one pan. Make it now, thank me later.

Now that all of your doughs are made, you can put an equal amount of each into your skillet. You can separate the different flavors, as shown, or your can layer or swirl them. Whatever floats your autumn-themed boat.
Bake the cookie for 25-30 minutes, or until a knife stuck through each portion comes out only a little gooey.
