How to Make Funfetti Cake Balls

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Northwestern chapter.

The human race has had a tendency of taking perfectly good food (think mac & cheese, meat, crack, butter, you name it) and putting it into a spherical shape. The rationality behind this “ball” phenomenon has got me stupefied. I just don’t see how turning cake into a bite-size snack really changes anything.

UNTIL NOW.

Really, these funfetti cakeballs aren’t any different from funfetti cake — except for the extra fun. They’re easier to share, devour, and you just can’t help but think they’re adorable.
