These Candy Corn Cookies Are a Sugar Rush You Won’t Regret

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Northeastern chapter.

I know that candy corn can be fairly polarizing, but in my experience, those who love it tend to really love it. Personally, I was never a fan of candy corn. I thought it was way too sweet and had kind of a strange texture, but I think this is mainly because candy corn has an acquired taste. The more you eat it, the better it gets.

With that being said, candy corn has become a staple item in the fall for my roommates and me. You can say we were all really excited when we discovered candy corn cookies because it’s just another excuse to eat candy corn.

Using simple ingredients to make regular cookies, these candy corn cookies are as easy to make as they are delicious. They are a must-try for the next time you bake this fall.
