This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Maryland chapter.

What gushes cheese, is packed with meat but is sweet like cinnamon all at the same time?

A French toast Monte Cristo sandwich–a hybrid between a traditional European sandwich and your classic French toast. This is UMD Dining Service’s newest Late Night creation.

Are you a fan of meat, cheese, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla? Well, it’s your lucky day. This sandwich combines the hardy taste of meat with the delicate taste of vanilla to create a meal that will make your taste buds sing songs of worship.
