    Shred the ice using a snow cone machine. Add the shredded ice to a cup.

    Add a spoon full of the ube purple jam, the red mung beans, the sweet sugar palm fruit and 2 to 3 slices of jackfruit.

    Fill the cup 3/4 of the way full with the evaporated milk.
