When I go to Trader Joe’s, I usually head straight to the freezer section to pick up easy breakfast options for lazy mornings. While waffles are my usual go-to, it’s nice to change it up a bit from time to time. Just last month, Trader Joe’s released their Egg Frittatas. They’re packed with protein, hidden veggies, and cheesy goodness. Forget about Mickey D’s Egg McMuffins because now you can make your own tasty breakfast sandwich without leaving your house in the morning.

While feta cheese is traditional made with sheep’s milk, Trader Joe’s Organic Crumbled Feta uses cow’s milk, giving this feta a milder flavor.
