The Perfect Breakfast Soufflé to Kick Off Any Tailgate

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at LSU chapter.

We all know the morning of a college game day can be pretty hectic. You’re probably already hungover from the night before, and your main concern is what you’re going to drink at the tailgate. Although alcohol is obviously the star of the show, you don’t want forget to put some solids in your stomach before the keg stand.

To make sure you get a hearty breakfast in, whip up this awesome breakfast soufflé for you and your friends the night before the big game and pop it in the oven when you wake up. It’s super easy and has the perfect amount of bread, egg, sausage, and cheesy goodness to keep you full and ready to party.
