This Almond Crusted Chicken Breast Will Jazz Up Your Meal Prep

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at LSU chapter.

As someone who isn’t big on consuming red meat, as well as someone who likes to meal prep on Sunday (while listening to disco music), chicken is my go-to source of protein. Sometimes it’s tough to come up with different variations of preparing chicken. (One can only have so many chicken fingers or baked chicken with lemon.) So this chicken recipe is sure to spice things up.
