    Gather ingredients.

    Peel banana and place in freezer bag.

    Freeze the nanners.

    Leave for a few hours and when completely frozen we can get started.

    Place frozen banana into the blender.

    Add one cup of milk into the blender.

    Blend baby blend.

    Add generous scoop of peanut butter and blend in.

    Place contents of the blender in a storage tupper-ware.
