For seniors graduating, you’ll be missing quad-chills, home football games but most importantly, you’ll be missing JMU’s notorious peanut butter pie. However, don’t fret. We replicated this recipe for you take with you post-grad. We dare you not to lick the pie tin.
An Equivalent to JMU’s Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
Instructions
Mix the Graham Cracker crumbs with the sugar in a medium sized bowl.
Melt your butter then add it to mixture. Boom your crust is done.
Press your mixture into your 9 inch pie pan until it looks like this. Place that crust into the fridge for now. Don’t eat it, yet.
Let’s make that filling! Mix your peanut butter, cream cheese, Cool Whip, and powdered sugar in a separate medium bowl until this magic happens.
With the Oreos of your choice, take a row and smash the heck out of them in a baggie. Leave the stress and anxiety of graduating with no money and/or no job behind and make your dream pie. Now mix that in with your filling.
Take out your pie crust and fill it to the top with this delectable pie mixture. Stick it in the fridge for 1-2 hours until it’s the consistency your little heart desires and desperately needs.
