Rub the rim of a chilled martini glass with a lemon wedge. Dip the rim onto a plate filled with Pop Rocks.
Combine berry vodka, Cointreau, Bols Blue Curacao and fruit punch with ice. Shake and strain into prepared cocktail glass.
