If you’re like me and you find your bed significantly more appealing than a treadmill, then this decadent treat at the end of your workout might be the only thing that can get you motivated and ready to conquer the gym this year. This shake tastes like a creamy peanut butter cup in liquid form, giving you a delicious and rich reward for all your hard work. Plus, the protein i provides your muscles with amino acids, helping them to recover and grow more quickly. This super easy and quick shake is the perfect way to resume sitting on your couch after a long workout while still helping you build the body you want.

Ingredients:

2 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder
7 ounces almond milk
½ banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter (or more… you can never have too much peanut butter)
4 ounces ice

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
