Looking for something to slather on some toast, pair with an apple, or just spoon out of the jar? Turn to D’s Naturals Fluffbutter to solve all of your problems. D’s Naturals is a food brand founded in 2015 by an 18-year-old named Daniel.
The company produces two products, but a variety of flavors for each. All of the products are vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and non-GMO. One product is the No Cow Bar, “a dairy free protein bar made with organic brown rice and pea proteins, prebiotic fiber, and all natural sweeteners monk fruit and stevia.”
The second is Fluffbutter, “protein infused nut butters.” Fluffbutter is a go-to and is perfect with just about anything you can think of. It comes in nine flavors and I tasted all of them to give you the low down on which ones I think are worth the buy.
9. White Mocha Mousse
For me, this one was just way too sweet. I have never had a White Mocha Mousse before, so I cannot compare it to the actual taste, but for me it just did not work. It also had an odd aftertaste, which lingered in my mouth for a little bit.
8. Brownie Batter
This one did not really cut it for me. There was a sort of burnt taste to it. However, it is reminiscent of brownies and brownie batter. I have heard really good reviews and comments about this flavor, so maybe I just got a bad container.
7. Raspberry Lava Cake
This subtly tastes like raspberries. At first it is not present, but then it hits a little bit, not as much as expected, though. All-in-all, it is not a bad flavor, however, in my opinion it is not one of the better ones.
6. Bananas Foster
The first second it sort of retains an artificial-like banana taste, similar to that of a banana Laffy Taffy, however, after that the banana taste is very noticeable and quite delicious! It has the perfect sweet taste to it, as well, giving it a nice touch and you can definitely tell it should be banana flavored.
5. S’mores
This basically has a chocolate flavor. Now, I am not upset about that and I don’t think anyone really should be. I have even used this to make my own s’mores: toast a marshmallow, grab a graham cracker and slather on a heaping of S’mores Fluffbutter, and then grab another graham cracker and sandwich the marshmallow between the two. Or, you can always substitute the marshmallow for some good ol’ Fluff.
4. Vanilla Maple Frosting
This flavor is sweet, but just the right amount. It tastes exactly like vanilla and goes perfectly with just about anything, especially ice cream. The vanilla taste is evident, but it is not overpowering.
3. Salted Caramel Sundae
Wow. This tastes EXACTLY like caramel. It is delicious! I can easily see myself eating a jar of this flavor by the spoonful. Definitely one of my favorites and I will undoubtedly be buying this again once I run out, which I won’t be surprised if that is relatively soon.
2. Cocoa Glazed Cinnamon Roll
The cinnamon flavor in this one is strong and it really makes this flavor a huge hit for me. It is reminiscent of a glazed cinnamon roll and it even appears to have some white glaze mixed in. Having the cinnamon flavor also makes it really easy to pair with a multitude of foods.
1. Tuscan Tiramisu
For me this one is the holy grail. It is so delicious it is hard to explain. It may not taste wholeheartedly like tiramisu, however, that does not take away from the delectable taste of this spread. This one you might just need to try for yourself though.
Find these jars of heaven and health at stores like Vitamin Shoppe or purchase them on the D’s Naturals’ website. Whether you agree with me or not only depends on trying these flavors for yourself!
