After a summer of refining my coffee tastes and downing espresso, I made the investment in a portable espresso maker from Wacaco. For the past month or two, I’ve been primarily experimenting with mochas. Most people automatically turn to syrups or pre-made powders when making espresso drinks at home, but I wanted the real deal. This cinnamon mocha recipe is what I found to taste the best.

Instructions
Mix the water and cocoa powder together in the bottom of the mug. Add sugar to taste.
Stir in the espresso shots.
Heat the milk by either putting it in the microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes or steaming it. Add it to the mug and mix the drink together.
Top the coffee off with a dash of cinnamon.
Sip, and savor the last moments of fall.
